Climate Resilient Fisheries: Webinar Series

As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing sustainable fisheries management in the face of climate change, we launched a new webinar series which serves as a platform to showcase the impactful outcomes of our Climate-resilient Fisheries Portfolio. From innovative outreach strategies tailored to specific projects to research discoveries, each webinar promises fresh insights into the realm of climate-resilient fisheries. Over the past half-decade, the Lenfest Ocean Program has spearheaded numerous research endeavors addressing the multifaceted challenges of climate-resilient fisheries management. Our research themes span from understanding the repercussions of shifting fish stocks to integrating community vulnerability into management strategies, all with the overarching goal of providing actionable information to fisheries managers, policymakers, and stakeholders. Furthermore, the work we fund fosters meaningful dialogue and collaboration between scientists, managers, rights holders, and stakeholders across diverse regions, underscoring the importance of co-design and sustained outreach in driving impactful research.

These webinars are held monthly. Sign up for future webinars.
